the ywsbs_renew_orders cron comes from our plugin. The message means that WordPress was unable to execute that cron. Maybe you have disabled the plugin?

actually, if you look in the plugin documentation, under the Free section there’s no mention of API: https://docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-subscription/category/free-settings/

About the field of the form, is not possible to add other fields unless code customization
