this version of the plugin works only with PayPal standard. That’s the reason why the COD payment or other methods are not working.

thanks for your clarification. I checked the code in the plugin and actually I cannot find any reference to amplitude.com Maybe it was due to some browser plugin?

for the first payment there’s no specific hook because it’s managed by WooCommerce itself.
For the renewal you can use this hook
