try to update the plugin to its latest version, this function was removed with version 2.18.0 released on January.

After doing this you could clear the action scheduler form these callbacks.

(By the way the screenshot is not working)

try to replace the content of the wpml-config.xml of the plugin with this one:

Then you should refresh the strings in the String Translation section of WPML and you should search for ywraq_page_id.

In this value you will be able to set the IDs of the translated page (that you have to create manually)

About the email recap, what do you mean exactly?
