which payment gateway are you using? Are WordPress crons enabled in your installation? There is enough traffic on your site in order to trigger WordPress crons?

in general this version of the plugin does not have any shortcode support.
If you need to use the plugin with a custom layout builder you should use the commercial version of the plugin. For more info please contact us at https://yithemes.com since here we cannot provide info about commercial versions

if switching to another theme solves the issue this means that the theme you are using is not 100% compliant with WooCommerce standard hooks.
You should check this issue with the theme’s developer

what you are asking or requires code customization that cannot be provided here, unfortunately.

for the double button issue you could try to to disable all plugins (except for WooCommerce and Request a quote)if the issue persists try also to switch to another theme (maybe TwentyTwentythree or Storefront).
For the sending issue you could try to set up a SMTP plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/
