it’s possible by customizing the email template but unfortunately it’s something that cannot be done here due to its complexity.

this version of the plugin accepts payments only with PayPal Standard. Other payment methods will not work.

i see that there’s no cart/checkout page in your site. It’s possible that this could be the source of the issue.
Could you create them and try again?

.single_variation_wrap { text-align: left; }but this kind of alignment depends on the theme and not on the plugin
