I have tried that as well with your code:

.wp-block-column .has-small-font-size { display: none; }

wp-block-column has-small-font-size { display: none; }

And the code from the other link:

.wp-block-table, .wp-block-table table { margin-bottom: 0; }

wp-block-table, wp-block-table table { margin-bottom: 0; }

Both have no effect and in the other link it writes that you can do it for some table tried that as well and no effetc.

I can add print-screens if needed just let me know.

@bsfherman i tried that and it doesnt work.

Any more suggestions? It is a pity i cant add a picture because then i could show it to you.
