Update: I made a temporary css fix to have more or less normal view for that page.

Thank you @cjaytee, I also use the Loco Translate. But syncing didn’t help for me.
I had the same problem and it’s gone. I’ve changed .htaccess permissions from 644 to 666 – all read and right.
