Thank you for your response, but oh dear. I have no idea where to look.

Can you take a peek at my plugin list and let me know what the most likely offender is? Also, at the risk of stating the obvious, what if it’s a plugin I really need?

    Akisment
    Alexa
    Contact Form 7
    Custom Facebook Feed
    Easy Polling
    Easy Twitter Feed
    Gravity Forms
    Image Widget by Modern Tribe
    Instagram Feed
    Sidekick
    Simple Google Maps
    Taqyeem
    Use Shortcodes in Sidebar Widgets
    Widget CSS classes
    WingtipPlugin
    WP101 Video tutorials
    Yoast SEO

    Thanks so much!

I have a similar problem. My email sharing button doesn’t work; it simply opens the post in a new window. The OTHER sharing buttons (Twitter, Facebook and Google+) work fine.

I looked, and my “Redirect ugly URLs…” box was already unchecked. Is there something else I can do?

    My site is http://www.wingtipwomen.com.

    Thanks!!

I really appreciate your help. I looked through the plugins, and saw several that had to do with social media, but they appeared to simply enable my Facebook, Twitter and Instagram feeds to appear on my site. None of the widgets overtly mentioned they were for social sharing.

I just updated my WordPress version, to 4.2.4. Perhaps WP added social sharing to the latest version?

    My complete list of plugins:
    Akisment
    Alexa
    Contact Form 7
    Custom Facebook Feed
    Easy Polling
    Easy Twitter Feed
    Gravity Forms
    Image Widget by Modern Tribe
    Instagram Feed
    Jetpack
    Sidekick
    Simple Google Maps
    Taqyeem
    Use Shortcodes in Sidebar Widgets
    Widget CSS classes
    WingtipPlugin
    WP101 Video tutorials
    Yoast SEO

This IS a WordPress question; I’m not using a third-party plugin.

From the WordPress dashboard, I went to Settings->Sharing->Enabled services.

Thank you for your response anyway.
