Cais,
Thank you for the prompt reply.
I will look at the info on the links.

Marko,
That would be great, I’ve changed it on this website now but will have to do the same for a couple of others when I get the time.
Colin
Cais,
Not a problem, I’ve been working in IT support for over 20 years and its never easy tracking down an issue if you don’t have all the information, I will know in the future to state who hosts my websites.
Colin
Cais,
That is fantastic and has worked as well as fixing the other issue I had post WordPress upgrade.
I will pop and have a look what Pro offers now.
Many thanks
Colin
Thank you, I’m backing up my website at the moment and will do the updates after that and try.

Colin
I am using default, I will give this a try.
Will I need to redo all of my pages?
Colin
Cais,
I will have to recreate this as my live sites have all been rolled back.
I will try and do this in the next couple of days.
I’m the only administrator so I should have full access, if there is somewhere I need to check this any pointers would be great. I’m being hosted by 1and1

I have full database access.
I can break (not intentionally) the plugin in one of two ways.
Upgrade WordPress to 3.9.2
Upgrade the plugin beyond 2.4This leaves me running old wordpress and old plugin.
Its a shame as up to this point it was great and I was about to purchase it.
Thanks
Colin
No images and this happens with the latest version installed as well.
Yep, That’s the error (well one of them) that I get
Cais,
Many thanks for the reply.
I will put my vote in.

Cais,
I probably didn’t explain what I wanted properly.
When a customer clicks on a thumbnail and gets the larger image it would normally display the extra information you enter manually. as i have so many images I simply want it to display the image filename such as 5D019982.jpg.
Is this possible.
my exampole is http://windsorphotography.co.uk/event-photography/artique-galleries-fabian-perez-07052014/
Thanks

Update:
Downgrading to 2.0.58 did not fix the fault so I went back to 2.0.40 which was what I had installed and its now all working fine.
I will try upgrading when there is a newer version.
If all works then I will likely purchase as this is a great plugin.
Colin
Tizz,
Thanks, I will try downgrading and see what happens.
I will then contact my service provider about the error log file.
Colin
I have downloaded my website and done a complete search for any file with the word “error” in the filename and there is no file.
Can you please tell me if there is a way to go back to the previous version?
Thank you.
Colin
