I am also able to send a notification manually, but sending the invoice automatically when its status is changed to paid is still not working. I have tried with wp crm managing notifications and without. Any other ideas about what could stop the invoices being sent?
I have checked the option to not use compatibility mode and that allows me to view active invoices by clicking the view invoice link in invoice editor or the link sent when I manually send a notification. Strangely though if an invoice is paid, it doesn’t appear when you click the link in the invoice editor.
Any ideas why an invoice being paid would affect the visibility?

I have an email set up in wordpress man settings. I haven’t got WP-CRM customizing notifications.
CheersI have tried all different options in this field in business process, including replace [wp-invoice] tag but when a link to the invoice is clicked it takes me to the invoice page which has the shortcode on it, but only the shortcode and page title are visible, no invoice.

Still not sure about how to get notification emails to send. I do have email service working, because I have other plugins that are sending mail.

I have looked again and I can see the paid invoices, strange!
So the invoices are all there, but now when I look at the paid invoice and click the pdf link, it is broken and the paid notification emails are still not being sent.@nebulatechnologies – What you are seeing is the old site. The domain is not pointed to the new hosts ip yet, but if you add the IP address to hosts you can see it.

I know that I can change the fields in the data tab, I want to know if you know of a way to change it just for a form, so that I can edit profiles without being forced to fill in all the data we want users to fill out.
Let me know if I am not being clear and I will try to explain another way.

Hi Maria, Thanks for your quick response. I tried to reply the other night that I had figured out the problem was with the email field being uneditable. This shouldn’t be a problem, even if it isn’t the intended way the plugin functions.

I am not sure if I have edited the email field data but it is still there and it has been on during testing while getting the error. Because I am signed in and have entered an email already the field appears as uneditable text when I have it and one other data field selected in a shortcode form. Below I have attached a link to screenshot with the user email data field settings in case you see anything. I can pm you login details if you would be happy to take a look further at the plugin setup?
