Hi,
I just checked Affiliate Window Feed – still no update.
(I flushed the server cache a couple of days, just in case, but that obviously hasn’t made any difference)
Is there anyway I can force an update?
Many thanks,
Will
Hi,
24 hrs in and the prices still haven’t updated on the Affiliate Window feed. I’ll check again tomorrow.
There has to be be some ‘trigger’ controlling the random nature of these updates? I’m running out of ideas TBH
Hi,
No we don’t. In terms of pricing, it’s a straight forward WooCommerce setup.
Interestingly, I’ve just checked the Affiliate Window feed and it now seems to have caught up.
Whether that’s just a random update or a caching issue, I’ve no idea – I’m afraid I’m not that technical 🙂
I’ve now reset my ‘test’ prices and will see how long (or if) they update.
Many thanks,
WillHi,
I’ve checked the logs and there hasn’t been any errors since the middle of June 🙁
Strangely enough, I made a change to the category field mapping last Friday – this became visible in Affiliate Window’s feed this morning.
However, the prices have not updated (I’ve also increased products 6723 & 6724 to £8.00)
Thanks,
WillHi,
OK, I’ve upgraded to version 3.7.0 and cleared browser / server caches etc, but the feed’ still not updating at Affiliate Window
Thanks,
WillSure, its 6722
It was selling for £7.99 – I’ve changed it to £8.00
Thanks,
WillHi,
I actually only set it to refresh hourly to try and get it to update – normally, I’d only set it refresh daily.
24 hours ago, I made a small change to one of my product prices so I could check if the feed was updating – it still hasn’t.
I also keep checking Affiliate Window, who collect my feed 3 times a day from the url provided, and the changes aren’t showing up there either.
(NB. I check Affiliate Window by downloading their feed – i.e. after they’ve processed mine.)I’m not sure what to do now TBH – any further suggestions gratefully received!
Many thanks,

In reply to: [Trustpilot Reviews] Plugin does not workI’ve got the same problem. It’ll be interesting to see if you get a reply. Trustpilot support was trying to fix this for me, but stopped replying to my emails 3 weeks ago. Very disappointing service.
Hi Eva,
I’ve saved the changes and flushed the caches etc, but Custom Field 2 hasn’t appeared on the product pages – so I can’t fill it in. (All the other have – inc Custom Field 1)
Will
Hi Eva,
That’s all working fine thanks. However, if possible, what I’d like to do is add some additional product levels.
I tried mapping g:product_type with Woosea Custom Field 2 (Custom attribute), but that didn’t seem to work.
Is it possible to do this?
Thanks,
WillApologies, I didn’t explain myself very well at all. I’ll start again with just one question;
When I first set the feed up, various Google Shopping Attributes were mapped to Product Attributes. These appeared on my product pages where I could fill them in.
To add the Product Type attribute, I followed the instructions in your post https://adtribes.io/how-to-use-static-values-and-create-fake-content-for-your-product-feed/, but this field has not appeared.
What am I doing wrong please?
Brilliant, that’s all sorted – thanks for getting me out of trouble again!
Will
Hi Ben,
The bad news is there were 22 errors ….. the good news is I’d accidentally used a different accordion! Now I’ve junked that and actually added the Kadence accordion it’s all working beautifully.
Think I’d better change the support request to a 5* review! 🙂
