I am having this problem as well. REALLY frustrating. Anyone with any suggestions?
It is the Daycare Kindergarten theme by ThemePlayers/createit. I purchased it off Envato.

Doing what you suggested I’ve identified a theme specific issue. Now I’m just hoping the developers can sort out the issue, unless you have any good advice for fixing those. 😉
