Hi @ultimatemembersupport some updates…When I switch to Twenty Twenty WordPress theme (WP support advised that that one is Defaul), then Navigation menu starts working on Mobile.
@ultimatemembersupport Hi, I am using Profisme. I tried to go back to default WordPress theme, but then in Mobile version this menu disappears at all.

Current theme is Profisme. Not sure, why it stopped working on Mobile web.
I am using free UMHi @ammartello97 in UltimateMember -> settings did you try going to General-Pages, in User Page assign Profile? After Registering should be moving to a Profile page, I guess.
