Hi sorry i was a bit vague in my original post.

The theme we have installed is http://demo-hueman.presscustomizr.com/ ( this is the theme in demo )
Like i said our wordpress is new and we are getting to grips with it. but we are wanting something like the demo looks where the home page stays the same ( other than maybe new bits added when posts are made ).
may i just add but when i go to appearance>menus we dont have any yet. are these easy to setup
Question is how do i get it to look like this?

Thank you for that though i still have a problem, I created a custom menu and it workd though placed the forum link on the right hand side of the page.
What i am looking for now is how to add the forum link at the top of the wordpress, where the links go across at the top of the page i want to add a forum link if that is possible?
