The problem indeed ended up being their router. They power cycled the router and the problem was solved. Thanks again for your help.
I just confirmed that the site is working via a Machine in Los Angeles and another in Minneapolis so I think you are correct that it is a firewall issue on their end. I appreciate the speedy response.
