Replace line 45 (multiple: false) of /featured-image-admin-thumb-fiat/admin/assets/js/admin-thumbnail.js with the following:
states: [ new wp.media.controller.Library({ library: wp.media.query({ type: 'image' }), multiple: false, // do not allow multiple files, if you want multiple, set true filterable: 'all' // turn on filters }) ]That worked! Thank you!

anyone know of a plugin that works right? I hate wasting time with plugins that don’t work like advertised.
