update fixed everything for me too!
it still looks nice in elementor though even though its not exactly the same
I tried messing around with it for this new site (scroll down to the black and white bike)I see what you mean lol, i wouldn’t know how to make it do that in elementor.
there’s also plugins that can make certain elements like the text behave as “sticky” although I’m not sure if you could achieve the same effect as in the example without coding.
I tested it and it looked very similar, except that the content or text over it doesn’t stay in the same position.
section 1 full width/stretched. add background image. set height to fit to screen, and attachment set to fixed.
section 2 right after section 1 without gaps, same settings.
When you scroll the images behave like in the example.
I tested it by using the same image twice and putting a dark blue overlay on the second image to kind of simulate the “day/night” effect of the example.
I think making the content fixed might require some coding though.
If you put two images right after eachother in different sections, make them “fit to screen”, they will have the same effect. But I’m not sure how to keep the text in the same place. you’d have to find a way to keep the text in a fixed position.
I found a plugin that works automatically (at least with vimeo), there’s not that many options unless you go paid, but it works without having to code anything. It’s called easy fancybox. In the settings I just check marked to auto detect vimeo videos.
However I don’t want to use a lightbox for mobile. Can I change it back to how it originally displayed the video for mobile?
