nevermind, i figured it out.
had to change wp_content folder permissions to 777
thanks samboll, i’m going to try one of those.
yeah i asked the support folks if they met those requirements and they pretty much acted like i had asked them to describe the last unicorn they saw. they had absolutely no idea what i was talking about and told me to restart my computer.
