In reply to: [360 Product Viewer] Image not showing after WordPress upgradeHi!
If your clients use our software directly, it has a built-in FTP function so potentially they can upload directly from within the software although I can see how it may not work for you.. Otherwise we currently don’t have media gallery integration for uploading complete 360 product views. Sorry about this. We’ll look into it in the future plugin updates.
You can email us any questions, suggestions via support@webrotate360.com

In reply to: [360 Product Viewer] Image not showing after WordPress upgradeHi Andre, the last WordPress update worked fine in out tests.
The issue with your link it seems is that the webrotate shortcode config parameter on this page for some reason points to an IP address which wouldn’t work due to browser security.
Please change the config path in your wr360embed shortcode from this:
to this:
/wp-content/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer/360_assets/bone1/bone1.xml
It should work then! Please let us know if not.
=======================================================
PS: please note that when a new WebRotate 360 Product Viewer WP plugin update becomes available, and you decide to update, WordPress will automatically remove everything from the following folder before starting the update: /wp-content/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer. So if you keep your 3D product views there, you will need to backup this folder first before updating the plugin in the future.

In reply to: [360 Product Viewer] Image not showing question… againNo problem at all 🙂
Full-screen feature is currently only available in our PRO version of the core product. There should be some info & links on the main plugin page with references to pro:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer/
PS: you can hide the full-screen button in SpotEditor or in xml.

In reply to: [360 Product Viewer] Image not showing question… againYep, that’s exactly what I mentioned in my previous post, i.e that there might be an issue with the viewer dimensions when it’s loaded inside a hidden tab.
But looks like you have moved the tab to be visible upfront so it all works fine now as expected as far as I can see in your link.
PS: more details on the issue with loading our 3D product viewer on a hidden tab (or any other hidden element) and available solutions are discussed in this post on our forum:

In reply to: [360 Product Viewer] Image not showing question… againHi and thanks for the extensive details and screenshots!
I believe it will start loading if you change the config parameter in your shortcode above to this (i.e no /wordpress in the link):
config=”/wp-content/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer/360_assets/newproject2/NewProject2.xml”
PS: there might be an issue with the viewer dimensions when it’s loaded inside a hidden tab like in your example above. Please let us know if so – you can email us directly via support at webrotate360 dot com.

In reply to: [360 Product Viewer] Image not showingHi there!
Looks like it’s something with the xml path. If I open this URL in my browser directly, it says the file is not there:
http://www.infiniteintelligencelabs.com/wp-content/plugins/webrotate-360-product-viewer/360_assets/CEREBRAL KEY 360 good/config.xml
Please double check.
Are you sure your xml file is called config.xml as it would usually be called whatever name you gave your 3D product view in SpotEditor?
PS: yourviewname can be anything really just to give you some textual context about this view (has to be unique if multiple 360 views are used on the same page as we also use it internally to identify the views).

In reply to: [360 Product Viewer] uplaod via ftp?Hi!
Once you have the plugin installed and published your 3D product view on your desktop using our software, you can upload the contents of the published/360_assets folder that the software creates on publish to any location on your FTP as long as it’s accessible online on the same domain as your WordPress site (PRO version also supports loading from external domain).
After files are uploaded, just note the path to the xml file you will see under 360_assets and enter it as a URL (relative or absolute) in the config parameter in one of the shortcodes that our plugin supports.
Please let us know if any questions.

In reply to: [360 Product Viewer] Not appearsHi! Can you please check your shortcode xml path and just replace 360-assets with 360_assets as this is a correct folder for our sample 360 product view that comes with the plugin:
I hope it helps! Just let us know if not.

In reply to: [360 Product Viewer] Not appearsHi Amr, thanks for contacting us here!
This may happen if your WordPress root has a prefix, i.e http://localhost/my_wordpress_site, in which case adding /my_wordpress_site in front of the config path in your shortcodes should help.
In any case, you can send us a link to your WP page online and we would be able to help. You can send it to support at webrotate360 dot com.

In reply to: [360 Product Viewer] Secure Hosting QuestionHi Don, thanks for contacting us here! We don’t use these PHP functions or scripts in this module. The 3D product viewer itself is javascript / css and there’s some PHP just to make WordPress shortcodes work and show options in the settings screen.
I hope it helps!

In reply to: [360 Product Viewer] Image not showingHi Consuelo,
If I try your first config xml which looks correct, it doesn’t seem to point to an existing file on your server. Please try this one in your browser:
Can you confirm the exact location of the xml file on your server such that we can test a full URL directly via browser?

In reply to: [360 Product Viewer] Error with JS loadingHi there! It’s likely a conflict caused by multiple copies of the jQuery library loaded by your WP theme. If you can send us a link to your page to support at webrotate360 dot com, we would be able to say exactly what happened and provide some options.

In reply to: [360 Product Viewer] webrotate 360 shortcode problemsThanks. Yes it’s just the config URL in your shortcode that you may need to double check. The current config path to the xml in your shortcode can’t be found on your server (shows 404 if you open it directly in your browser):
I hope this helps!

In reply to: [360 Product Viewer] webrotate 360 shortcode problemsHi Giselle and thanks for contacting us here!
I just tried your config xml link and it says 404 (file not found) when I paste it in my browser:
If you could share a link to your WP page where the 3D product viewer is integrated, we would be able to say exactly what happened. Just let us know.
