    Hi again AGSoft.

    WordPress really is something amazing!

I must admit that I was pretty overwhelmed when I first setup the hosting plan, the wordpress app, the SSL, etc. But all in all, I have so arrive :). I feel as though I was sleeping underneath a rock for a very long time, it’s amazing how simple things seem now.

I’ve subsequently moved past the first page of my Google search, and found a hand-full of “Age Gate and Popup” plugins on WordPress. Seems like there’s a plugin for almost everything on WordPress, which saves me the time of setting up another landing page of sorts.

Thank you again for your help, really appreciated. Have a great day further.

Hi AGSoft, thanks you for the prompt feedback (that was super fast!).

That’s great news. Should I confirm with WooCommerce though, just in case there’s a “grey area” in the T&C’s so to speak?

I Googled the definition of what an “Age Gate” is. I’m not sure whether this would be something provided by the payment gateway (provider) or perhaps a plugin on WordPress. From what I can make out, it involves capturing the customer’s credit card information, I’m not too comfortable with that. I have a very basic entry level SSL on the site, merely for customer’s peace of mind as well as contact form submissions.

Legally though, I intend implementing the basic “welcome and confirm 18+ to enter” landing page for users.

You’re welcome to respond further, thanks once again for your time.
