From your response it makes me wonder if you do? So you cannot advise how i should set up recurring payments, you’ve answered one thing. That there is no connection between rencontre and woocommerce. That’s very disappointing.

best wishes, nigelThanks, but i don’t understand what you mean when you refer to ‘a shared hosting’. I have 50 websites, and they all share the same hosting. I think it is probably a translation issue. I can make this website, which uses Rencontre, a dedicated hosting site with its own server. I intend the site to be used by 100,000 users. What is the ‘shared hosting’ issue so i am clear Do you think Rencontre is scalable to 100,000 users or should i be looking for another platform?
Hi, thank you, if i’d only known before then i could have saved myself a bit of time. I’m just used to when you have video then you usually you have sound as well. Is there a 3rd party which you know will integrate with Rencontre or are you saying this would be completely separate to the plugin and linked via my non-rencontre pages?

In reply to: [Rencontre - Dating Site] error?Just another thought, it maybe something to do with your login plugin. See if the problem presents itself with the standard wp_login. I use ‘theme my login’ plugin and don’t experience the step problem with that.

In reply to: [Rencontre - Dating Site] error?I’ve just registered and logged in. It then takes you through the 4 step process to set up your profile. After each step it seems necessary to click on the My homepage tab for it to move on to the next step, it’s not automatic as i would expect. When at step 3 it asks you to verify on the map, the map is blank. After step 4 it reports this:
ERROR: Sorry, there was an error. Please be sure JavaScript and Cookies are enabled in your browser and try again.
The browser tab contains the phrase WordPress > Error
– i’m using Firefox and both JavaScript and Cookies are enable on my browser.
After this message the only way to make progress is to login again, however it displays the information i input during the 4 steps.
I suggest running with debug on, and trying to register a new user yourself that way you will see the error. It sounds like some kind of server or wordpress environmental error. Anyway i hope this helps but maybe Rencontre support can shed some further light on this.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Rencontre - Dating Site] error?i’m a developer like yourself. The message is very vague and i presume when he says ‘looks’ he means loops. So it sounds like he has failed to fill out a field correctly. Maybe the page needs to be scrolled up to see the actual error displayed? If you supply the URL then i could at least have a look for you and perhaps help identify what the error is or maybe.

In reply to: [Rencontre - Dating Site] [rencontre_libre]OK, i have worked it out – it needed profiles currently online to be unchecked, it is checked by default. Maybe it would be a good idea if you at least displayed a message to say that their are no profile users currently online rather than not display anything at all.

When i unset it i could change the profile. I can confirm now that all the conditions you state above are in place. I still do not see anything displayed and i would expect all least user1 to show up now.Forum: Plugins
