@chansford13 the problem that you reported with Jetpack was also fixed in version 1.7.1 of the plugin. It was related to the same bug that we fixed.

Hey @structuraldetails, we have solved the bug you reported, it was due to a wrong JS script loading. Please download new version 1.7.1 and test it again.

@AlexVeres, apparently you are using a PHP version lower to 5.3. The plugin uses namespaces and your error is in a line of a namespace creation. WordPress recommendation is using PHP 5.6 or higher, so our recommendation is upgrade your PHP version if it is the case.

    Hi tapitiju,

You’re right, we need to improve documentation and instructions, we are working on that.

Is your home page created from back-end and set as the front page from the settings page of WordPress? If it is the case, then you just need to edit the page and select English as its language. After this, you need to create another page, set its language to another one and link the English page as its English translation. Remember you do this using the “Language” box under the description content field in the edition page.

If you have more questions, please let me know it.

Hey tapitiju, after installing the plugin, when you are editing a post or a page, you will see a box under the description content field where you can link pages and posts with your translations.

If you don’t see the box, scroll up to the top, click on “Screen Options” and then check the “Language” option.

If you don’t see pages to link to your post or page as translations, check that those pages are published and have a language set.

    Hi guys,

In advance, thanks for trying the plugin.

First you need to install languages in your website, you can use the plugin mentioned by tapitiju or you can install them manually, you just need to copy the mo files to the languages directory:
    https://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress_in_Your_Language#Manually_Installing_Language_Files

After you have installed languages, then the plugin will detect them automatically. To set the default language of your website, you need to go to Settings > User Language Switch > General in the back-end. In this tab, you can configure the default languages for your website.

    Hey Julius,

Sorry by the delay, we have been quite busy last days-

We did a test using WordPress 4.4 and all plugins you mentioned before but My Page Order due to it is not available any more in the WordPress plugin directory.

We don’t get the error that appear for you. What is the WordPress version that you are using? Could you send me the whole trace route of the error log? Can you send me the zip of plugin My Page Order to support@webilop.com? Do you have any other insight about the error?

    Sorry to hear that.

I guess it is some incompatibility with another plugin you have installed, it would be great if you can send us an screenshot or list with plugins you have installed or if you can activate debug mode and send us the error message that appears when you activate the plugin. In this way, we have some insights to fix the bug.

    Hi there,

You can embed Facebook videos using this plugin if the video is public. You just need to copy the embed code of the video and then paste it in the modal to add videos in products. To get the embed code, you just need to click in option “Embed video” below the video in facebook.

    Hi Salam,

In advance, thank you very much for your contribution.

We have been working in a new version of the plugin with multiple bug fixes but also with some new features. The new versions is very better than the current one.

In the new version, we have added and modified some texts and it would be cool if you can help us with translations to Indonesian language. If you have some time, please review the new .po files here: https://github.com/Webilop/user-language-switch/tree/release-1.5/languages

You can submit a pull request or send me the files to support@webilop.com and I’ll do it for you.

    Thanks,

    Hi there,

Due to you don’t want multiple languages in your front-end, then I think it would work in your WooCommerce website.

As an admin user, go to the settings of the plugin and select English for the default front-end language and ZH-TW for the default back-end language. All content in your products, pages, posts, etc should be in English. You need to have those languages already installed in your website.

Please test first in a testing instance before go to the live instance. If you don’t have a testing instance, create first a backup of your website.

We are working on a new version of the plugin, if you would like to test it before we release it, please contact us at contact@webilop.com

    Hi,

It is weird that you still get that error, could you please send me the list of plugins you are using in your website? You can send it to contact@webilop.com

It would be great if you can give me temporal access to the back-end side to do a quick review , if it is possible, just send me a direct message to the email address I put above.
