Unfortunately it is not possible to achieve, since otherwise the images will not open in a lightbox when hitting them on mobile devices. It uses touch to open a lightbox.

None of the stated plugins has a conflict with our plugin. Thus it comes from the theme the option of which we do not own. That’s the reason we will require full Admin access to check out the compatibility issue with the theme.

Please firstly remove the code option. Then make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin. If that’s so please try deactivating the plugins one by one to see if that’s a plugin conflict or change the theme to the default option to see if that’s a theme conflict.
