Upon selecting an album view, the shortcode generator will allow creating album shortcode. Please note that in advance you should make sure to create an album containing a gallery/galleries or albums. The album cannot be created only with a shortcode, shortcode refers to already created albums.

Please try using ReCaptcha option instead of Captcha. This might be an issue with php image libraries on your hosting. If the issue doesn’t get resolved contact us again.

Please make sure you have uploaded the images using Media Upload within the plugin since the thumbnail images are being created during the process of upload. If you have used FTP, please delete the images and use the upload option inside the plugin instead.

There are multiple ways of ordering the images. The ordering option is located with the gallery shortcode option. Please change it to desired option (Name, order, etc.) and choose to have whether ascending or descending version.

Sorry for the late reply. We have checked out the site with various devices and we not able to investigate the stated issue. At first we will ask you to clean cache and test it out again. If the issue remains could you please provide us screenshots of your issue by sending them to our email (to which you have been contacting previously)?
As for the customization. We work in the following manner- if that’s a small customization (in your case that’s considered to be a small customization) we start working on the project only after the payment. And the final option is being coordinated with the customer. The stated option of providing samples only works for the large customizations, where the customer wants multiple changes. Thank you.

Most likely you have an older back up, where the gallery was not yet included.

Please switch to Text mode of your gallery page editor. You should see the shortcode of the gallery, which contains a unique ID number. If it repeats, the galleries will be the same on those pages, which is most probably the case.
Please try changing the mentioned ID numbers instead of inserting new shortcodes. And correspondingly, if you need to add a new gallery, please edit the shortcode with the visual editor, by clicking on the camera icon and then change the ID from Text mode.
By the way, if you update the plugin, the issue will not be faced again.
If the problem will still be present, contact us to info@web-dorado.com, and give temporary admin access to your site, by indicating the forum post link in your email subject. We’ll try to fix the problem as soon as possible.

Please add a page to the Appearance>Menu entitled Gallery. Here in this page, you can include an album shortcode (this album might contain many galleries and albums). This way the gallery will be displayed within the Menu under Gallery. Thank you.
