Please update the plugin to the latest version. If the issue does not get resolved please contact us at info@web-dorado.com since you use different links for the admin and front end (back end has /cms/ slug) so this might cause the issue. Thank you.

Either you theme or one of your plugins is using old version of jQuery, which is causing an issue with our plugin. Please make sure that all your plugins and theme have the latest version of jQuery. This way the issue will be fixed. Thank you.

Please go to the Themes>Navigation and here set the Position line to the Top option instead of the bottom. This will allow displaying the buttons on the top of the images.

Unfortunately Photo Gallery does not have this functionality.

This is either a conflict with your theme or another plugin. Please do the following. Deactivate all plugins except gallery. If the thumbnails open up it is an indication of a theme conflict. If it works start activating the plugins one by one. This way you will find out the conflicting item. After that please contact us again. Thank you.
