The select box cannot handle that large amount of options. Currently it is limited up to 99 options. As for the database connection, it required a MySQL database where you have the options listed in a table, .txt option cannot be used for that purpose. You can create a MySQL table in the same database as your website, (using e.g. phpmyadmin) and fill the 5000 options in that table.

Please make sure to make the changes within the shortcode (edit the shortcode), since the options menu only affects the upcoming shortcodes, not the current ones.

If you update the gallery delete the gallery shortcodes and generate new ones the issue will be resolved. Do not copy/paste the shortcodes, just create new ones. Thank you.

You will have to activate Google ReCaptcha and fill in the public and private keys by pressing Edit button next to the field. The field displays a message that it cannot be displayed on the back end, but it is fine.

Could you please provide us more details on where you see the time- within the submissions section or somewhere else. In addition please tell us whether you use our standard database coming with the product or use MySQL mapping and insert the submitted form in a custom database? Thank you.
