I am working on a ticketing system and should be up soon as I don’t want to have to come to 10 different places each day to see where users chose to ask for support.. At this stage support is asked from all over and keeping track is a bit difficult and this new upcoming system should resolve this. Can you please resend the email message and include your username or some sort of reference to this ticket in the email. support@basixonline.net.

Please re-download the plugin as it currently includes the fix. This was an issue with wp 3.9 where a change was made to how short codes are handled and very unexpected.
Hope you can change this rating if this was the only reason for it.

2. Test page to where the short code is displayed.

Apologies for this, short code should read [NEXForms id=”the_formn_id”] and not [NEXFormsExpress id=”the_formn_id” ].
Please re-download. This will be in the next updated as well.
