Okay, that’s kind of what I thought I’d need to do, but was hoping there might have been a work-around that I could tackle myself. Thanks so much for the help though – much appreciated!

Usually when you open the page, the View As drop-down menu will appear for a split second and then disappear. I went through the documentation process and found that the drop-down worked in the Twenty Sixteen theme and then stopped working when I switched to the custom theme. So there does seem to be a conflict, although it is strange that the drop-down does appear for a second before disappearing. Any thoughts?
