ive tried doing everything it always goes onto weavabird.com, even installing it from siteground doesnt work 🙁

Hi i am on wordpress, mine is weavaathought.wordpress.com, is this not the full site then?
I go onto wordpress.org, but all i can do is download it i cant log in, i can only log in at wordpress.com
