I suggest if you are a Piad member then head over to the PMPro forums and ask in there.
http://www.paidmembershipspro.com/
they will help you there.thanks
Sorry CCbill is not supported at this stage.
Just recently Jason was speaking about this in one of his webinars
you can hear what he had to say here
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kDQe2Dnr7PoJason starts to speak about it around the 15 min mark.
You can also read this here
http://www.paidmembershipspro.com/gateway/adding-a-new-gateway/Well sorry you have lost me as a customer.
first you say you can ‘cancel’ an appointment as an admin or Staff member, Now you say you cant..I have found a better plugin that does everything yours does and more..
your 2nd img shows an expiry date of 19 Feb 2017.. Thats next year..
Is this not what you want??Are you wanting the Expiry period to show on the Register page?
If so there is an error on that page I see Array ( )have you reverted to back to a WP theme and have a look at the register page..
It could be possible that your theme is causing errors.
see http://cloudprojects.biz/notary/checkout/?level=1Great thanks.
can you mark this as resolved please.try changing the field that says Expires in from 30 days to 1 year and see if that fixes it.
Jason is going to have a look at this and pushing to have a fix in the next update real soon.
Sorry thats all I can do for you at this time.
Can I see a image of the same page I sent you please.
full screen ( so the whole page for this membership)Just an update.. I see here
http://codecanyon.net/item/bookly-book-appointments-book-services-book-anything-easy-and-fast-booking-for-your-clients/7226091/comments?page=69&filter=all#comment_9538109you say it can be canceled from backend, but all the X does is delete the whole appointment from the Calendar and then no one is told.. So the customer will think the appointment is still scheduled.
Am I right in saying this??
By default, when a user cancels their membership on your site running Paid Memberships Pro, their membership is revoked immediately and they will no longer have access to membership content.
This is usually what you want. We advise our users that usually when someone cancels a membership on your site, they don’t want anything to do with you anymore.
there is some code to change PMPro cancellations to cancel the subscription, but leave members with their level until their next payment date.
Unfortunately this code is for paid members of PMPro
http://www.paidmembershipspro.com/change-pmpro-membership-cancellation-to-set-expiration-date-for-next-payment-instead-of-cancelling-immediately/
You might be able to find it elsewhere on the net.Sorry I dont understand what you mean.
I dont see any change on your site.
I just used 40 days as an example..
So you want 2 memberships..
1 that is for 1 month ( or is it paid monthly for 12 months)
and 1 for 12 months ( all paid up front..)Is it possible to show me a screenshot? And paste the image on http://pasteboard.co/ and let me know the link
Also the other thing to do to check that it is not your theme causing you errors, is to swap back to a WP theme and have a look at the register page..
Some themes cause output errors to your siteOh try to upload it via the FTP system…
If you still have errors try to upload an earlier version and see how you go
https://wordpress.org/plugins/paid-memberships-pro/developers/both the option in the register page are yearly..
and only 1 is active… and that is for 12 monthshave you set the expiration time in the Other Settings area…
Please ensure you have uploaded the full plugin..
if there was an error during upload where all the files were not loaded, you can get this error..if you have to upload via FTP a few files at a time.. and just over write what s there already
and 2
if I change a booking, the email sent is about a booking.
Nothing to say it is a changed booking. So very confusing to customer to say “Your appointment information with etc etc”
they may think they have 2 bookings and the first is still on…If this is the case it is not good and customers and Staff member get emails to say a booking and nothing refering to a CHANGE of booking
