I just thought I’d let you know that I deactivated all the plugins and tried the export but got the same Failed-no file error. I contacted Bluehost and they said it’s a plugin issue. I tried the plugin on two other managed sites, and it works fine. Then I deleted the plugin and re-installed it. Now it’s working.
I have the same issue. I’m based in the US. Also Woocommerce.co has an error and appears to be broken. I’ve noticed this for about a week or so.

No email is getting sent to the customer with the download link. I have tried several email addresses to purchase through PayPal. The payment is going through, but no email to customer.
