@xavierae, there was a small miscommunication.
Basically the order status you will select here : https://scrgrb.in/165s , the vendor can’t request for withdrawal of order belong to that status.

@adminadb, currently the registered admin’s email of that site will receive the e-mail.
I am afraid, we don’t have such option to set additional email receivers for now.@victormattosvm, sorry for the inconvenience. We will fix this in our next update.
For now we have added a fix in our GitHub. So, after downloading the plugin from here β https://github.com/cool-raju/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/archive/refs/heads/fix/901.zip, follow these steps :
β Delete the installed WC Marketplace via wp-admin >> plugin
β Unzip the GitHub plugin
β Rename the folder as βdc-woocommerce-multi-vendorβ and remove the archive/refs/heads/fix/901tag. Now, zip this folder again.
β Install this plugin on your site.
Please do keep us posted.@orrvault, It seems like there is some error in your site caused due to plugin/theme conflict, which is causing this display issue.
just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WC Marketplace for testing purposes and check again. If the issue still exists, please switch to some default theme like Twenty Sixteen and check again.

Firstly: From the vendorβs dashboard, once a button is clicked, to go back to the same dashboard is not possible unless the back button is pressed.

Hi @throu, sorry to hear that.
Server administrators allocate specific memory size to different applications including PHP. When your WordPress code requires more memory than the default allocated memory, you get to see this error.
By default, WordPress automatically tries to increase PHP memory limit if it is less than 64MB. However, 64MB is often not high enough. Kindly follow this document to fix this issue https://herothemes.com/support/knowledge-base/wordpress-fatal-error-allowed-memory-size/

Let us help you out regarding our flow :
– When an order is created on the woocommerce end, we create the corresponding sub-order.
– Now, we check the initial order status of the order from woocommerce’s main order and set the same order status for suborders too
– After that, each vendor/admin needs to change the order status for each sub-order
