Currently, we don’t have any such escrow payment module.
However, you can use our code that will only pay vendors their commission if the order status is completed. I guess this flow might help you out with your requirements.

There is a simple setting to remove shipping for vendors. Just goto WCMp >> Settings >> General and disable the Shipping option : https://prnt.sc/73KtLvJ3RxvW

However, it seems like a theme conflict issue. To be sure, switch to some default theme like Twenty Sixteen and check again.
