Hello,
Unfortunately, it is not possible at this moment. However, WooCommerce has an option to hide out-of-stock products (including variations). You can try it.
Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory, It is the option Out of stock visibility.

I’m sorry for the late reply. Looks like your product page was built incorrectly. There is no add-to-cart form on the product page. The button on your product page is not the widget for the single product page.
Variation swatches can be displayed along with the add-to-cart form for single product pages only. You should edit your product page in Elementor and change the button to the correct widget.

Unfortunately, it is totally controlled by the importer plugin you are using. The plugin can’t auto-generate the data for swatches.

WooCommerce has an option to hide out-of-stock products from the catalog, it works for the variation swatches too. You just need to enable this option in WooCommerce > Products > Inventory. It is the option “Out of stock visibility”.

This is the default behavior of WooCommerce. If you want to show out-of-stock variations, you should disable the option of WooCommerce that hide out-of-stock products.

Unfortunately, there is no shortcode yet. The variation swatches have to be displayed within the add-to-cart form of the product page, hence it will be complex to move it outside the form.

You can setup swatches for global product attributes under the menu Products > Attributes. Then your products which having those attributes will display swatches by default.
