In reply to: [Sliding Door] Help upgradingn from v1.87Hi Wayne,
Thanks for getting back to me.
When you say re-import all pictures are you referring to only the images used by the sliding door theme (i.e. 1.jpg – 7.jpg and background) or all the images I uploaded for my wordpress pages using your theme?
Does that make sense?

In reply to: Our Life in TextSweet site. I really like it, even the sidebar header fonts, even though Flicker photos sort of read Fu**R photos.
Light (as in weight) feeling, good color and image choices along with balanced text and images.
I hope some day wordpress can apply a frame-based (ol school) medhod to freeze header and sidebars. One can only hope, or maybe I’m just not looking in the right places.
good stuff.

In reply to: Photographic work showcasemagnemyhren,
Real nice work. I really like the imbedded slideshow (2nd pix) so you aren’t redirected to another page to view a handful of images. Is that a plugin or did you code that. Real sweet.

In reply to: Please comment on my siteHey fitnessluz,
The general feel of the site is nice. Agreed too many menu choices.
Something to consider…people take in soundbites, wordbites in your case, at about 15 seconds/bite then if they’re not interested they move on. So what I’m saying is the site is word “heavy”. Take for example Muscle Building Fiction. What if you summarized the entire article on your main page (i.e. wet their appetite) then have a link to the full article. I think that would add to a lighter feeling webpage, allowing for room to explore.
Good work nonetheless.

In reply to: Migrating from sub-domain to primary domainWOW, you rock esmi.
One directory change, two file copies, one edit and renamed index.html and VOILA. I can work on devl and still keep prod by renaming index.html_old to index.html.
Thanks much.

In reply to: Migrating from sub-domain to primary domainNow that’s fast. Thanks esmi. I think this will work perfectly. I am backing up my website as we speak and will try this out.
Since the installation is already in the directory I want (domainname/blog), I need not change the wordpress directory only the blog directory URI’s, then make the rest of the changes.
Thanks much for pointing me to this article.
