Same here, I have tried everything in that article. Changed to wordpress default theme, deactivated plugins, reinstalled using FTP. Nothing, it just spins and spins and no error message, no emails sent (checked spam box as well. Nothing)
Any ideas?
I tried a fresh install with an empty db, but this is still happening. I can access the blog contents but when I click on the link to login (wp-login.php) the same thing happens
I tried viewing from another computer and still can’t view it. on IE and safari it just brings me to a page that says there is a connection problem.

In that case all php files should be affected? But they are not, the index.php shows up fine, and I’m running a few other applications using php scripts as well, and they are ok. Only wp-login.php can’t be accessed.
I tried to upload the files again, but it’s still happening. 🙁
