I got the same problem
Cutomize your (Child theme, prefered), then get to Advance Options, then Additional CSS.
Add below codes:
/* — Hide ALL Pages/Posts TITLE — */
.page .entry-header {
display: none;
}
.post .entry-header {
display: none;

For my similar website, I actually really need such method and conditions applied to, but seems till now I cant get it done.
Please be kind to share me the method and conditions you set on your forms (probably export your forms will be much easier to understand).
