Bump. I have the same problem.
When a Gform is set in woocommerce and it uses this upload in a list field, the whole gform disappears on the product.

Thanks. Did you notice any of the column lines doubling? I had that problem w/ Safari. If it’s working in IE, though, that will be spectacular. The first column “edge” site I’ve done without having to bend over backwards for IE.
