I’m guessing the people who built it must have it. Is it not normal for them to have it and not me as I keep getting this problem?

It came with the website which was designed by someone else and then sold to us to manage and update it ourselves.

Thanks I tried the above and it just knocked out all my sliders on the website but made no difference to the front page slider.

Does anyone else have any ideas of how to get this working please?

solved the font style so it just a case of finding out how to change the background colour of the drop down menu now and it’s all finished.

Now I just need to solve the drop down menue issue, which no-one seems to be able to answer.
