Yes, I have cleared cache using both of those methods. There is something else impacting the display on Google Chrome.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Customize the WidgetHi, I figured out that I could remove the featured image simply by deselecting that option in the WordPress Customizer. It was actually very simple.
Now I just need to set the default month. Right now I’m using: [tribe_mini_calendar date=”2018-02-01″ limit=”4″]
I’m hoping to find another simple to complete this last configuration. If anyone has an ideas please let me know.

For anyone that stumbles across this thread here is the update…
I never received any support help so I had to pay for support. The paid service identified a problem with one of my plugins “Shortcodes Anywhere or Everywhere”. Once I removed this plugin the lists started working correctly. It took many weeks and $ to figure out a simple solution to this issue but at least it works now.
It has been over two weeks and no support. Should I give up and move on to another product? Very disappointed in this experience.
I’m having the exact same issue. please post if you are able to figure out the solution.

@rochesterj I’m wondering if I need to give up on my support request and move on with a different product. Is anyone going to be able to provide support for my issue? It’s been two weeks since I submitted.
Is there any update. I see lots of responses to other discussions but this issue continues to drag on. These issues are for really basic functionality so my site is almost nonfunctional given the issues I’m currently having. Please, Please help!

I have switched back to the original theme. also, I have screen pics of the config screen but I can’t seem to figure out how to attach them here.
I switched over to Rookie and I’m having the exact same issue:
