I’m using a three column theme. I purchased a theme from Etsy and eventually modified the colors and images. It was not always like that, no. I know the css needs to be cleaned up, but the validator didn’t find any glaring errors.

In a very weird series of events, the hacker replied to the email that I sent (because he set it as the account email and I grabbed it on phpmyadmin), apologized and said that he was just trying to make my security stronger, said he upgraded my security (and that he would never hack my site again), reset admin capabilities back to me, and told me to make sure that I deleted his account on there.

Then he went to my site’s Facebook page and liked it.

…whatever. I’ll still probably scrub it, just in case.

Thank you. I got the password reset and the email address changed back to mine. The problem is, I still can’t log in. The wp-admin page goes straight to their stupid “hacked” page. I deleted wp-login, hoping to circumvent it, but that was probably really stupid, now that I actually think about it.

Where do I go from here? Re-upload the wp-login page?
