  • That is simple.
Just go to Apperance – Menus.
There you should find the main menu that is displayed on your website.
From the left side select the category you want to display as button and press ADD TO MENU. After that drag and drop the newly created button from the button of the page to where you like it. Than press SAVE MENU.

That should do it. Now when you press on the new created button from the menu it will display all posts from selected category.

    Hope it help.

    Valentin

    I am sorry.
You cannot restore you entire website with only the database. Even if you ave the database tables intact, the files are no more.

To prevent this from happening in the future, you can take a look at the Xcloner plugin: http://www.xcloner.com/

You can find it in the plugins list on wordpress.org to. I use this tool on all of my wordpress websites. It can backup your entire wordpress website (files and database) and can restore it to if needed. It has many cool features as automatic backup, backup on different ftp server than the one wordpress uses, etc.

Hope you can get your website online soon.

Do you want to add a button in your menu that will display the posts of one selected category on that page?

I think somewhere in the CSS there may be a RTL style activated for that element. YOu showld check the CSS of the wordpress theme. The plugin doesn’t come with RTL from what i have seen.
