I’m not sure how to do that.. Wouldn’t I basically just somehow combine my HTML page’s index.html codes with the wordpress’s index.php codes?

In my HTML page, I basically have two layers, the buttom one with Flash background and the top layer is empty right now.. and I want the entire WordPress theme in that top layer. I’m not that good with programming so this is the way that i thought you would do it… I don’t know how to insert the Flash background layer into wordpress theme as I have to log in to wordpress to edit.. plz help?
