Thank you for your response!
I have applied the CSS change that you mentioned and the menu is now appearing on mobiles and tablets – problem now is that the menu list items are overlapping and do now have any way to open the mega menu from the main links.Is there anything I can do to remedy this?

WordPress is version 4.1
PHP is version 5.5 running on a CentOS 6.6 VPS using the Plesk control panel (12.0.18) and Apache.
