When all five colors are used, problem disappears. I just discovered this.

By the way, no matter if you chose 1,2 or other colors it always reverts back to the screenshot – 3 colors listed, all ff0000.

I have the same problem. Not much to show in they way of a screenshot.
Just take the time and enter (in my case) three color codes. a) Colors don’t show up on blog b) return to settings page and the entries revert back to ff0000 🙁
