Between the 300×250 ad and the newsletter subscription form on the sidebar on any post.
Presently you can see a blank space there. The plugin is still activated.

I think I was wrong in my observation – I deactivated a few other plugins and the problem was solved. So it was not your plugin at all, or may be it was clashing with those others. Sorry for the error and inconvenience.
