Hi @mrrosan and @bizswoop ,

I experience exact the same issue. Im using a new Epson TM-T20iii thermal label printer.

When using the HTML output it doesn’t work at all anymore. It did work, but when it worked it printed mostly outside the label.

Also tried changing the width and character size. Didn’t have any effect.

Hope you can help with this issue!

(P.S. I’ve read somewhere this issue can occur with cloud printing in general)
