Thanks for the suggestion. I had tried the cookie clearing earlier but it did not help. Tried health check now and made Enwoo the active theme. I get the same error about permission when I try to customize the header of Enwoo in Troubleshooting mode. Is there a place where I can change a setting or something that could be causing this?
