@bobbyng I recommend opening a support ticket with your hosting company and have them reinstall your core wordpress files, because the support team did it for me.

Hi wpatbest! thank you for your feedback.
I reinstalled core wordpress files and the problem was fixed. After 3 phone calls with bluehost, I was told that my wordpress core files were changed. I may have had some kind of a malware trying to get it and I now changed all of my passwords.

it appears to be online now again. It maybe issue with bluehost (they had some server problem today)
I searched the entire forum trying to resolve this issue, reinstalled theme, reinstalled pluging, reinstalled wordpress, but I am unable to come to a solution.
