Thanks for your help! But the “from” field is unchanged and works fine for a different recipient- it’s only the recipient address that’s changing.
One thing: the site is currently set up on a subdomain of my friend’s normal domain (we’ll call subdomain new.myfriendsdomain.com and the main domain myfriendsdomain.com). Her email is myfriend@myfriendsdomain.com, whereas my email (the one that works) is xxx@mydomain.com. Could the subdomain be causing the issue?
